New Managing Director and CEO for Systemair

The Board of Directors for Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has appointed Roland Kasper to the position of Managing Director and CEO for Systemair AB with access at the annual general meeting on 27 August 2015. Gerald Engström is proposed by the Nomination Committee to be elected as Chairman of the board.

Roland Kasper is 45 years old and started at Systemair in 2007. He is member of the Group Management since 2011 and Marketing Director with responsibility for the product range. Roland is also a board member of many of Systemair's subsidiaries.

Roland is Dipl. Eng. Energy and Heating Technology Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Giessen-Friedberg, Germany, and has previously worked as product manager at FläktWoods Group and ABB Ventilation Products GmbH as well as sales manager for air-terminal units and cooling baffles at ABB Ventilation Products AB.
