The Company announces that it was notified today that Henry Klotz, Executive Vice Chairman of the Company sold 15,632 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 16 June 2015 and 29 June 2015 at an average price of 1,880.83 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Klotz's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 55,763 Ordinary Shares (0.13%).
