Balder sells a property in Trollhättan for SEK 184 million

Fastighets AB Balder has agreed to sell the property Trollhättan Oden 7 for SEKM 184. The property has a lettable area of approximately 16,000 square meters.

In connection with the transaction has Balder agreed to subscribe for shares for SEKM 74 in Agora AB (A Group Of Retail Assets), which is listed on First North.

The possession will take place in the third quater of 2015.
