Increased number of shares and votes in Addnode Group

STOCKHOLM, 31 July 2015

As announced on 2 July 2015, Addnode Group AB (publ) has acquired Transcat GmbH. In connection with the acquisition, Addnode Group issued new Series B shares to the sellers as part of the payment of the purchase price. By way of the issue, which was registered on 3 July 2015, the number of Series B shares increased by 338,739 shares and by the same number of votes. The total number of Series B shares amounts to 29,374,009 after the new issue. Following the new issue, the total number of shares and votes in Addnode Group amounts to 30,427,256 shares and 39,906,479 votes respectively.
