Bravida's acquisition of Finnish Halmesvaara completed

The Finnish competition authority has approved Bravida's acquisition of Halmesvaara Oy and access has been granted from today.

Bravida signed the agreement to purchase Halmesvaara Oy in June. Halmesvaara operates in the Helsinki area, has 110 employees and had a turnover of 210 MSEK in 2014.

Through the acquisition of Peko Group in April, Bravida formed a new division in Finland. Peko Group had circa 320 employees and a turnover of circa 620 MSEK in 2014. Halmesvaara is Bravida's second acquisition in Finland which gives Bravida a strong position in both southern and central Finland.

The integration process will start immediately and is expected to last at least throughout this year.
