Company Update

Following its announcement on 28 July 2025, CVC Income & Growth Limited (the Company) successfully exchanged its interests in Compartment A of CVC European Credit Opportunities S.à.r.l. for shares in the CVC Credit Partners Performing Credit SCA SICAV-RAIF - Compartment 1 - European Credit Opportunities Fund (the New RAIF Vehicle) on 1 August 2025. The New RAIF Vehicle is now the master fund that the Company invests in.

The revised investment policy of the Company is available on https://ig.cvc.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/2025-06-23-Investment-Objective-and-Policy_revised.pdf . The only update to the investment policy was a change to the name of the master fund with effect from 1 August 2025.
