Announcement of results

The Group's sales reached €117.78m, recording an increase of 7.6% compared to €109.45m in 30.06.2024. Group EBIDTA reached €9.30m (€7.52m in 2024).

Earnings after income tax and minority interests reached €3.88m (€3.49m in 30.06.2024). Total bank borrowing was €35.8m (€46.8m at 31.12.2024). Net debt was at €21.2m (€19.1m in 31.12.2024).

The Group's capital adequacy ratio (equity as a percentage of total assets without cash and cash equivalents) was 46.1% on 30.06.2025.

It manufactures, modifies, distributes and supports a wide range of automotive products including automobiles, trucks and buses, generating sets, diesel engines, boats, outboard engines, agricultural, earthmoving and industrial equipment, lubricants, batteries and tires. The Company has a leading position in the Greek market in the sectors which it serves.
