DIMAND A.E. – Sale of property in Thessaloniki

DIMAND S.A. (the "Company" or "Dimand") announces that its 100% subsidiary, FILMA S.M.S.A., entered on 07.08.2025 into a notarial deed for the sale and purchase of a property with the Ministry of Culture, for a consideration of €8.2 mn.

The transfer concerns part of the broader Industrial Complex of the former FIX Brewery, designated by the Ministry of Culture as a "historical listed monument", which includes a land plot of 6,900 sq.m. and listed buildings with a total area of 7,715.90 sq.m., located on 26th October Street, Thessaloniki.

The aforementioned transfer was executed pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 330247/2025 (Government Gazette B' 3971/25.07.2025).
