Extraordinary communication

In compliance with its obligation to provide notification of extraordinary events under Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (hereinafter: Capital Market Act), ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-1033 Budapest, Kórház utca 6-12, company registration number: Cg.01-10-045985) (hereinafter: Company or ALTEO) hereby provides the following information.

In its announcement dated 20 June 2025, the Company informed the Investors of its intention to subscribe for investment in amount of HUF 15 billion in a newly established private equity fund with a registered capital of HUF 50 billion, the purpose of which is to promote the expansion of green energy and support carbon neutrality efforts.

The Company hereby informs its esteemed Investors that the private equity fund has obtained the approval of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Central Bank of Hungary) required for its launch and has been registered under the name Andezit Private Equity Fund.
