Publication of 1H 2025 Consolidated Financial Report

Milan, 8 th August 2025 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that today the Half-year Consolidated Financial Report as of 30th June 2025 – which includes the management report and the statement of the Financial Reporting Officer pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree n° 58/1988 ("Testo Unico della Finanza"), together with the Auditing Firm's report on the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements – has been made available to the public, at the Bank's registered office in Milan – Viale Lodovico Scarampo n. 15, in the Investors > Results > Financial Statements and Reports section of BFF's website, as well as on the authorised storage system .
