NWF Group plc ('NWF', or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating in UK markets today announces that it has been notified that on 7 August 2025, Chris Belsham, Chief Executive, transferred 28,659 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife, Sarah Belsham, for nil consideration (the 'Transfer').

Following the Transfer, Chris Belsham, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 201,504 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
