Notification about a change in the number of voting rights

7 August 2025 – PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT, Inc. informed the Company in writing on 05 August 2025 that, because of a transaction on 01 August 2025 it directly holds 4.88% of the voting rights of the Company, which total 60,348,000 shares.

It is noted that PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT in its notification states that it holds 5.09% of the voting rights of the Company, calculated based on 57,850,000 shares, i.e. excluding the 2,498,000 shares in treasury stock from the 60,348,000 shares in total.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held, starting with the ultimate controlling entity, is as follows:
