URGES VOTECO TO ABSTAIN FROM VOTING AT THE UPCOMING EGM FOR THIRD POINT INVESTORS LIMITED ("TPIL")

The Group has today written an open letter to the directors of VoteCo, urging them to abstain from voting on the proposed all-share combination ("Proposed Transaction") between TPIL and Malibu Life Reinsurance SPC ("Malibu") at the forthcoming TPIL EGM, scheduled for 14th August 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
