Oslo, Norway, May 7, 2025 – The share buyback program of Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) is now completed.

Date on which the buy back-programme was announced: 7 May 2025

The duration of the buy-back programme: Until 30 September 2025 or until completion

Size of the program: Maximum of NOK 100 million or 2 million shares

From May 7 to 7 August 2025, Pexip has purchased a total of 1,705,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 58.57 per share. Following the completion of the program, Pexip owns a total of 1,953,472 own shares, corresponding to 1.87% of Pexip's outstanding shares.
