Publication notice of 2025 Half-Year Financial Report

Amsterdam, 7 August 2025 – Cementir Holding N.V. announces that the Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2025 of the Cementir Holding Group, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2025, has been made available today on the company's website www.cementirholding.com in the section "Investors /Financial reports", as well as on the storage system at the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM - De Autoriteit Financiële Markten) at the address www.afm.nl/en/sector/registers/meldingenregisters/financiele-verslaggeving.
