PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2025

Pero (MI) August 7, 2025 - In accordance with current legislation, the half-year financial report at 30 June 2025, approved by the Board of Directors of F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis and Affini S.p.A. ("Fila") in the meeting of 6 August 2025, is available to the public, together with the report of the auditing company, at the registered office of Fila and on its website, section "Investors" (www.filagroup.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "Emarket Storage" ().
