Envipco secures strategic win with Statiegeld Nederland

Amersfoort, 7 August 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"),

a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine

(RVM) technology, has secured a frame agreement the Dutch deposit management

operator (DMO) Statiegeld Nederland for delivery of RVM's for out of home

locations across the Netherlands. The main focus under the agreement is to

deploy Quantum bulk collection systems. The agreement runs to end of 2026 with

an option for extension and includes 8 year service contracts on all

deliveries. The first orders for delivery have been received.
