Milan, 7 August 2025 - The half-year Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 of TIM Group S.p.A. is available to the public (together with the report issued by the independent auditors EY S.p.A.) at the registered office of the Company, on the storage mechanism () and on the Company's website www.gruppotim.it

The company, with reference to the press release issued on August 5, also clarifies that the Chief Financial Officer Adrian Calaza has resigned, effective from December 31, for personal reasons, supporting his successor in the role by remaining in office until the presentation of the third quarter results (6 November).
