Ospitaletto, 7 agosto 2025 - SABAF S.p.A. comunica che vi è stata la maggiorazione di n. 1.153.345 azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85bis, section 4bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)
Ospitaletto, August 7th, 2025 - SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the increasing voting rights of no 1,153,345 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
