## **COMUNICAZIONE DELL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO (art. 85bis, comma 4bis, del Regolamento Emittenti)**

Ospitaletto, 7 agosto 2025 - SABAF S.p.A. comunica che vi è stata la maggiorazione di n. 1.153.345 azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

## **NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85bis, section 4bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)**

Ospitaletto, August 7th, 2025 - SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the increasing voting rights of no 1,153,345 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
