North Bridge Management AS, a close associate of Board member Dag Espen Arnesen,

has today agreed to transfer a total of 14 159 079 shares in Black Sea Property

AS to a related party of North Bridge Management AS within the same corporate group for a price of NOK 0.12

per share.
