JULY: NET SALES AT € 1.2 BILLION, AUM +47% Y/Y, ABOVE 15,000 NEW CLIENTS YTD AUM NET SALES ABOVE € 3 BILLION, TFA OVER € 151 BILLION
- July net sales at € 1.2 billion. AuM at € 448 million

Total net sales remained strong in July 2025 at € 1.2 billion (+62% compared to € 755 million in July 2024), reflecting savers' significant interest in AUM solutions by a constantly increasing client base. The asset mix highlights a strong growth of Asset under Management net sales component at € 448 million (+47% from € 304 million in July 2024). Fineco Asset Management recorded retail net sales at € 303 million. Assets under Custody amounted to € 347 million, while deposits to € 430 million. YTD AUM net sales stood at € 3.1 billion, AUC at € 4.0 billion and deposits at € 0.8 billion.
The continuous expansion of the active clients' base on the platform supported brokerage revenues, that in July are estimated of around € 19 million. Since the beginning of the year, revenues amounted to around € 147 million (+14% y/y).

FAM, retail net sales at € 303 million, € 2.1 billion since the beginning of the year
In July, Fineco Asset Management recorded retail net sales equal to € 303 million, bringing the total since the beginning of the year at € 2.1 billion. FAM assets as of July 31 st , 2025 reached € 39.1 billion (preliminary figure), of which € 27.1 billion retail class (+22% y/y) and € 12.0 billion institutional class (+6% y/y). The penetration rate of FAM retail classes on the Bank's Asset Under Management reached 38.8% compared to 35.9% a year ago.
Total Financial Assets above € 151 billion, Private Banking at € 75 billion
Total Financial Assets were equal to € 151.1 billion, compared to € 132.7 billion in July 2024 (+14%). In particular, TFA related to Private Banking were at € 75.0 billion, compared to € 62.8 billion in July 2024 (+19%).
Almost 115k new clients YTD
In July, 15,082 new clients were acquired (+24% y/y), bringing the number of new customers since the beginning of the year to 114,806 (+34% y/y). As of July 31 st , 2025, total number of clients reached 1,740,808.
