Systemair acquires sales company for Belarus and Kaliningrad

Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has acquired Alitis that represents Systemair in Belarus and Kaliningrad.

Alitis, that markets and sells the complete range of Systemair products, achieved a turnover of EUR 5.5 million in 2014. The total number of employees is 15, of which the majority is based in Minsk. "Especially Belarus, but also Kaliningrad, are interesting markets for us and the acquisition of our sales channels there give us own local presence that strengthens our position further", says Fredrik Andersson, Vice President Marketing for Systemair.
