The following is a Company Announcement issued by LifeStar Holding plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Resignation Chief Infiormation Officer ("CIO")

The Company announces that Adrian Mizzi has stepped down from the role of CIO of the Company and its regulated subsidiaries.

Mr Mizzi's resignation from the role is with effect from 16 July 2025. He remains available to the Company for a smooth handover process. The Board of Directors extends its best wishes to Mr. Mizzi in his future endeavours.

The Company is currently in the process of selecting a candidate to take over and an announcement will be made in due course.
