Applied Nutrition plc (the "Company"), a leading sports nutrition, health and wellness brand, announces that on 31 July 2025 Thomas Ryder, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, transferred his holding of 85,662,494 ordinary shares in the Company to Ryder Holdings Ltd. Thomas Ryder is the sole shareholder and sole director of Ryder Holdings Ltd and therefore the transfer did not constitute a change in beneficial ownership.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as incorporated into UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
