Publication of the half-yearly financial report as of June 30th, 2025

Cesena (Italy), August 5th, 2025 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that the half-yearly financial report as of June 30th, 2025, prepared in accordance with Article 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance and approved by the Company's Board of Directors held on July 31st, 2025, together with the independent auditors' report, in accordance with Article 81 of the Issuers' Regulations, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and is published on the Company's website at https://corporate.technogym.com/en/investorrelations/results/reports-and-presentation as well as on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" available at www.emerketstorage.it.
