New maturity date: 5 August 2025  

Redemption price: 100% (plus accrued interest until 27 August 2025)  

Other information: The issuer has exercised the clean up call option to redeem  

all of the outstanding bonds. The record date is 1 August 2025. Nordic Trustee  

posted a letter to the bondholders dated 30 July 2025 regarding the same.
