Extraordinary notification

on the process of verifying the shareholders submitted prior to the extraordinary general meeting held on August 26, 2025 (hereinafter: "General Meeting")

Shopper Park Plus Plc. (registered office: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1.; hereinafter: "Issuer") hereby gives notice of the following:

The Issuer shall close the share register on the second business day prior to the opening day of the General Meeting, i.e. August 22, 2025, at 17:00. The Issuer requested from KELER Zrt. the process of verifying the shareholders as of August 18, 2025.
