It is with deepest regret that the Company announces the passing of Mr Richard Saliba, an esteemed Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Company would like to extend its sincere condolences to Mr Saliba's family.

The Company shall keep the market informed with the changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, in due course.
