Transaction in Own Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 01 August 2025, it purchased 26,075 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 366 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury.

In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 272,174 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase VNH has 23,478,960 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 261,179 which are held as Treasury Shares.
