SUBJECT: Notification of Finality of the Decision on Contract Award

ING-GRAD Jsc., headquartered at Kalinovica 3/IV, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 93245284305, hereby notifies that, in the open public procurement procedure under notice number: 2024/S F02-0011433, for the contract: Design and Construction of the National Children's Hospital in Zagreb – Phase 1, the Decision on Contract Award (CLASS: 406-05/24-01/128, REG. NO.: 534-05-2-1/3-25-173), issued on April 29, 2025, in favor of the consortium comprising KAMGRAD d.o.o., ING-GRAD Jsc., RADNIK d.o.o., and ZDL arhitekti d.o.o., became final as of August 1, 2025.The decision became final following the ruling of the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures (CLASS: UP/II-034-02/25-01/252, REG. NO.: 354-02/8-25-10), dated July 22, 2025, which rejected the appeal submitted by the consortium consisting of CCN Altyapı Yatırımları ve İnşaat Anonim Şirketi, Ankara, Republic of Turkey; CCN Yatırım Holding Anonim Şirketi, Ankara, Republic of Turkey; and CCN International SRL, Bucharest, Romania.

Following the finality of the Contract Award Decision, the contract will be concluded between the Consortium of Tenderers — KAMGRAD d.o.o., ING-GRAD Jsc, RADNIK d.o.o., and ZDL arhitekti d.o.o. — and the Contracting Authority, the Ministry of Health, Ksaver 200, Zagreb, in the amount of EUR 189,999,999.00 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 237,499,998.75 including VAT.
