Edil San Felice Wins a New Contract Worth Over 13 Million Euros from Autostrade del Brennero for the Construction of a New Hydrogen Refueling Station
The company continues its strategy of geographical, sectoral, and client diversification
The total value of contracts awarded in 2025 reaches over 86 million euros
Naples, August 4, 2025 – Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit ("the Company" or "Edil San Felice") – a leading integrated operator in the maintenance and critical infrastructure sector in Italy, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded a new contract by Autostrade del Brennero worth a total of €13,235,652.60, as the designated executing company on behalf of Consorzio Stabile Fenix S.c.a.r.l., for the executive design and construction of a hydrogen refueling station.
This contract holds significant strategic importance: in line with the goals behind the recent issuance of a sustainability-linked bond (see press release dated February 28, 2025), the Company is strengthening its commitment to initiatives capable of generating concrete environmental benefits.
Through this award, Edil San Felice further consolidates its role as an integrated operator in the national motorway infrastructure sector, continuing its growth path in the construction of civil works supporting road transport. This development complements the Company's well-established expertise in road maintenance.
More specifically, the project involves the construction of a highly innovative hydrogen refueling station designed to serve both light and heavy-duty vehicles. It represents a key piece of infrastructure supporting sustainable mobility along the Brenner motorway corridor.
Key components of the project include: construction of the operator's kiosk and canopy, installation of hydrogen storage and compression areas, installation of dispensers along with all related electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems. The project will also involve paving work, external arrangements, and the renovation of an existing building to include restrooms and showers, equipped with a photovoltaic system.
The project must be completed within 124 consecutive calendar days from the signing of the work commencement report.
With this new contract, the total value of contracts awarded to Edil San Felice in 2025 exceeds €86 million.
