SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE OF GREENVOLT – ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A. FROM €767,094,274.62 TO €917,094,274.62

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and following the announcement published on July 31, 2025, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. ("Greenvolt") informs that the abovementioned share capital increase has been filled for registration today with the Commercial Registry Office. This increase was carried out through new cash contributions and includes the issuance of 18,049,021 new ordinary, book-entry, registered shares without par value, subscribed by the shareholder GVK Omega, SGPS, Unipessoal, Lda.

As part of this capital increase, a cash contribution of €100,000,000.00 (one hundred million euros) was made today by the shareholder GVK Omega, SGPS, Unipessoal, Lda. As of today, the total paid-up capital amounts to €867,094,274.62 (eight hundred sixty-seven million, ninety-four thousand, two hundred seventy-four euros and sixty-two cents).

As a result, the share capital of Greenvolt is currently €917,094,274.62 (nine hundred seventeen million, ninety-four thousand, two hundred seventy-four euros and sixty-two cents), now represented by 205,348,791 ordinary, book-entry, registered shares with with no par value.
