PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2025

Rome, 1st August 2025 - Rai Way S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2025 and the Independent Auditors' Report are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Rome, viale Castrense 9, as well as published on the Company's website (www.raiway.it) and on the authorized storage mechanism ().
