AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG: EXTENSION OF CONTRACT WITH MARKET MAKER

AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces to the investing public following its former announcement of 01.08.2024, that the Market Making Agreement with the Athens Exchange Member "PIRAEUS SINGLE MEMBER SECURITIES S.A." according to which the latter was appointed as Market Maker in the Company's shares and had a term of one (1) year after the commencement of the Market Maker Trade, which took place on Friday, 2 nd of August 2024, was extended automatically per its terms for an indefinite period of time.
