Sandnes, Norway, 1 August 2025: Deputy employee representative to the Board,

Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi has today bought 2820 shares in the company

at a price of NOK 35.85 per share. Following the purchase, Finn Volrat

Pettersen holds a total of 24 356 shares in Vår Energi ASA.

Details of the trade is included in the attached notification of trading. This

information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19

and Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
