(la "Società") informa che la Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale Consolidata al 30 giugno 2025, unitamente all'attestazione prevista dall'art. 154-bis, comma 5, del Testo Unico della Finanza e alla Relazione della Società di Revisione, è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito Internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com (sezione "Investors" | "Risultati Finanziari e Documentazione"), sul sito Internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().

(the "Company") informs that the Interim Consolidated Financial Report as of June 30, 2025, along with the certification provided for in art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Law on Finance and the Independent Auditors' Report, is available at Saipem's registered office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com ("Investors" section | "Financial Results and documentation"), on the Borsa Italiana website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and through the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism at ().
This notice will also be published in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on August 2, 2025.
