Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Mulberry confirms that, as at 1 August 2025, its issued share capital consists of 70,577,191 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of current voting rights in the Company is 70,577,191 Ordinary Shares and this figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
