Terms updating of the major transaction with shareholder Shellnet S.p.A. signed on 12 May 2025
Cagliari, 31/07/2025
Following the announcement on 12 May 2025, the Company hereby informs that it has published an update to the Information Document relating to the transaction with related party Shellnet S.p.A. concerning the sale of a set of IPV4 addresses and the simultaneous operational rental ('Transaction').
The parties have agreed to extend the deadline for completing the Transaction from July to September 2025.
The updated Information Document is available to the public on the Company's website www.tessellis.it (Documents - Information Documents section), as well as on the EMARKET Storage mechanism available at .
