INFORMATIVA SU AZIONI PROPRIE
Firenze - 31 luglio 2025 - El.En. SpA, società leader nel mercato dei laser, quotata all'Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che la quota in natura del compenso annuale 2024 del direttore generale gli è stata corrisposta in data odierna mediante l'assegnazione di nr. 19.940 azioni delle 207.470 azioni detenute in portafoglio.
In data odierna la quantità residua di azioni proprie detenute è pari a 187.530 pari allo 0,2338% del capitale sociale.

REPORT ON TREASURY SHARES
Florence - July 31, 2025 - El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice that the portion of the 2024 annual remuneration of the general manager to be paid in kind was paid to him today by assigning 19,940 shares of the 207,470 shares held as treasury shares.
As of today, the residual quantity of treasury shares held is 187,530 equal to 0.2338% of the share capital.
