Balder sells real estate for SEK 185 million

Fastighets AB Balder has agreed to sell the properties through a company transaction to an agreed property value of SEK 185 million.

The properties are located in Skara and Töreboda. The transaction consist of 26 properties and a total lettable area of approximately 21,000 sqm residential and 2,500 sqm of commercial space.

The buyer is Aligera Fastigheter. The possesion will take place in January 2016.
