Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") have declared a Fourth Interim Dividend of 11.50p per Ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2025. As a result, the total dividend for the year is 40.00p per Ordinary share, representing a 3.9% increase on the previous year's total dividend of 38.50p per Ordinary share, and is the 52nd consecutive year of dividend increases announced by the Company.
The Fourth Interim Dividend will be paid to shareholders on 11 September 2025 with a record date of 15 August 2025 and an ex dividend date of 14 August 2025. This dividend follows the Company's first three quarterly interim dividends of 9.50p each, totalling 28.50p per Ordinary share, which were paid in December 2024, March 2025 and June 2025.
The latest date for receipt by the registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets (formerly Link Group), of mandate instructions for those shareholders wishing to join the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 22 August 2025.
In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Company puts forward its policy to pay four quarterly interim dividends for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
