Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), TruFin notifies the market of the following:

Further to the issue of 203,125 ordinary shares of 91 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's block admission of 2,033,333 Shares announced on 12 April 2024, as of 31 July 2025 the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 103,604,449 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

The figure of 103,604,449 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs. Shares repurchased on 28 and 29 July 2025 under the Company's share buyback programme announced on 22 May 2025 are in the process of imminent cancellation and are treated as cancelled for this purpose.
