Creightons, the British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, together with the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")("Notice"), are now available from the Company's website at creightonsplc.com/investors/shareholder-documents/ .

Hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice will also be posted to shareholders today.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 28 August 2025 at the Company's registered office at 1210 Lincoln Road, Werrington, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE4 6ND.
