FITCH RATINGS MIGLIORA L'OUTLOOK DI BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO DA STABILE A POSITIVO CONFERMATO IL RATING DI LUNGO TERMINE AL LIVELLO INVESTMENT GRADE "BBB-"
Banca Popolare di Sondrio informa che, in data odierna, l'agenzia Fitch Ratings, ha migliorato l'outlook di Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BPS" o la "Banca") da stabile a positivo, confermando al contempo i rating in essere.
In particolare, il rating emittente a lungo termine della Banca è stato confermato al livello investment grade "BBB-".
La decisione dell'agenzia riflette l'ingresso di BPS nel gruppo BPER (il "Gruppo") a seguito dell'acquisizione da parte di quest'ultimo dell'80,7% del capitale sociale della Banca, avvenuta al termine dell'offerta pubblica di acquisto e scambio volontaria promossa dal Gruppo sul totale delle azioni di BPS, conclusasi il 25 luglio u.s..

FITCH RATINGS IMPROVES BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO'S OUTLOOK FROM STABLE TO POSITIVE LONG-TERM RATING CONFIRMED AT INVESTMENT GRADE "BBB-"
Banca Popolare di Sondrio announces that, today, Fitch Ratings has upgraded the outlook for Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BPS" or the "Bank") from stable to positive, while confirming its existing ratings.
In particular, the Bank's long-term issuer rating has been confirmed at the investment grade level "BBB-".
The agency's decision reflects BPS's entry into the BPER group (the "Group") following the latter's acquisition of 80.7% of the Bank's share capital at the end of the voluntary public tender offer launched by the Group for all of the BPS shares, which closed on 25 July 2025.
