At today's meeting, Iren's Board of Directors appointed the members of its subsidiaries' boards. The CEOs of Iren Ambiente, Iren Energia, Iren Mercato, and Ireti were confirmed.

Reggio Emilia, 30 July 2025 – The Board of Directors of IREN S.p.A. today designated the candidates for the boards of the four controlled companies: Iren Ambiente, Iren Energia, Iren Mercato, and Ireti.

The Iren Ambiente board will consist of: Enzo Lavolta (Chairman), Eugenio Bertolini (confirmed as CEO), and Stefano Borotti.

The Iren Energia board will consist of: Cristina Battaglia (Chairman), Giuseppe Bergesio (confirmed as CEO), and Claudio Guidetti.

The Iren Mercato board will consist of: Luigino Montarsolo (Chairman), Gianluca Bufo (confirmed as CEO), and Giulio Prando.

The Ireti board will consist of: Giacomo Malmesi (confirmed as Chairman), Fabio Giuseppini (confirmed as CEO), Ettore Bompard, and Lorenzo Anselmi.

The appointments will be approved by the Shareholders' Meetings of the controlled companies in the coming days.
