We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of AIANTAS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD, held on Wednesday, July 30, approved the following:

a)The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.

b) The re-election of Mr Vrasidas Mavroudes and Mr Evros Demetriades as Members of the board of Directors.

c) The remuneration of the Board members.

d) The reappointment Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Ltd as auditors for 2025 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
