Extraordinary disclosure

In compliance with its obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information under Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (hereinafter "Capital Market Act") and Section 1.11 of Annex 4 of Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII. 15.) of the Minister of Finance, ALTEO Energiaszolgáltató Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-1033 Budapest, Kórház utca 6-12, company registration number: Cg.01-10-045985) (hereinafter "Company" or "ALTEO") hereby provides the following information.

As ALTEO has informed investors, on February 6, 2025, ALTEO signed a general corporate financing credit facility agreement with MBH BANK Nyrt. (registered office: H-1056 Budapest, Váci utca 38; company registration number: 01-10-040952) as broker and first original creditor, and GRÁNIT Bank Nyrt. (registered office: H-1095 Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 8; company registration number: 01-10- 041028) as second original creditor.

Pursuant to the above credit facility agreement, a HUF 26 billion loan was drawn down today to finance investments in line with ALTEO's strategy.
