Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian renewable energy developer , advises that the Company held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today and is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the AGM were duly passed.

The resolution put to the AGM was voted on by way of a poll and the results are as follows:
