Bravida Denmark is strengthening their position on eastern Jutland

Bravida has aquired the operations Delta 3 Teknik A/S in Randers on eastern Jutland with a turnover of approximately DKK 13 Million (SEK 16 Million) and 13 employees.

Delta 3 Teknik's business include installations and service work within electricity, energy optimization, fire and security, automation, and data. Their operations will be a natural complement to Bravida's other operations in Randers and strengthens Bravida's position as a multitechnical sevice provider in the region.

Bravida assumed ownership as per 31 December 2015.
