Şirketimiz İstanbul İli Maltepe İlçesi Küçükyalı Mahallesinde 16772 Ada 1 parselde kayıtlı arsa üzerinde yatırım amaçlı potföye dahil edilen Nidapark Küçükyalı Projesi bünyesindeki B10 Blok Ofis Bloklarındaki  2.312 M² brüt satış alanlı 12 adet ofis nitelikli bağımsız bölüm 2025 ilk yarıyıl değerleme raporu ektedir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Please find attached the valuation report for the first half of 2025 for 12 independent office units with a gross sales area of 2.312 M² in Block B10 Office Blocks within the Nidapark Küçükyalı Project, which is included in the investment portfolio on the land registered on Block 16772, Parcel 1 in Küçükyalı Neighborhood of Maltepe District of Istanbul Province.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
